To reduce unnecessary waste and keep our pricing fair and accessible, many of our products are shipped directly from trusted global manufacturing partners. These partners specialize in durable materials and consistent craftsmanship, allowing us to deliver thoughtfully selected garden essentials without excessive markups or over-packaging.

1.Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Every order is carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy and quality before it leaves our facility or partner warehouse.

Processing Time:
2–4 business days

Shipping Fee:
$5.99 flat rate (worldwide)

Please Note:
During peak seasons such as holidays or promotional events, order processing may take up to 5 business days due to increased order volume.

2.Estimated Delivery Times

Because many fernlay products ship from global partner facilities, delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.

3.Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking Updates:
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active after the shipping label is created.
If updates do not appear immediately, don’t worry — your package is already moving through the carrier’s system.

4.Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
fernlay is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Customs charges are uncommon for most garden tools and household items, but policies may vary by country.

5.Order Changes & Cancellations

We work quickly to prepare and ship your order.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at
support@fernlay.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to cancel, modify, or reroute the shipment.

6.Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take every issue seriously.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Please email us clear photos of the item within 72 hours of delivery
Our team will review the issue and arrange a free replacement when applicable

Lost or Stolen Packages

fernlay is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please:

Check with neighbors or household members
Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim

We will gladly provide all tracking and shipment details to support your claim, but refunds cannot be issued for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
